Since its founding, the Company has remained focused on its main business, which is developing and managing prime property in Jalan M. H. Thamrin, Jakarta.

In 2004, the Company recommenced the Extension Project which has been halted in 1998 due to the country's economic crisis. This development will include a retail extension to the Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center, a 48- storey residential building and a 47- storey office tower. Having updated the project design in 2004, the construction is scheduled to resume in 2005.

PT Plaza Nusantara Realti, a subsidiary of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk with 81.73% ownership, opened "EX", an entertainment center on its land in Jalan M. H. Thamrin, Jakarta in February 2004. This Entertainment Center provides a wide selection of upscale entertainment and lifestyle facilities, and a strong commercial synergy with Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center and Grand Hyatt Jakarta.
