Vision and Mission
As an effort to implement the Good Corporate Governance, the Company’s management has improved the Company’s vision and mission:

Vision
To be one of Indonesian outstanding companies which gives utmost benefits to its stakeholders, i.e. the shareholders, investors, business partners, employees, government, suppliers and public.

Mission
• To be the industry leader in property development and management specifically in
the hotel, shopping center, apartment and office by delivering the finest facilities and the best service.
• To create utmost synergy among its commercial operations.
• To help enhance people’s quality of life and the socio-economic progress of the country.
• To promote Jakarta as a metropolitan city and capital of the country.

Since 2004, the management has implemented Good Corporate Governance - related working programs as follows:
1.Enhancing shareholder value by increasing the net profit per share.
2.Improving standard procedures, policies and committees for conducting efficient, prudent, transparent and responsible management.
3.Providing the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange with information on the Company’s progress regularly.

Each operational department has its standard operating procedures. To maintain fairness towards business partners, the Company has formed Tender Committee and established a standard tender procedure. The Internal Audit and Audit Committee also undertake their functions in line with Good Corporate Governance principles.

The Company submits its financial statements to Stock Exchange and Bapepam-LK regularly and on time. Some members of the Company’s Board of Directors hold key positions in Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (AEI) and together with other capital market professionals, contribute actively in the capital market progress and provide full support to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles.
